Where is Slovak Locale???

I like Mepis i think that its one of the best Linux distros. But i dont know how is possible that i cant change System lokale to slovak. How is possible to change it i cant find it. I used distros like suse, ubuntu... in every was slovak lokale.
Please help...

I dont need change my region

I dont need change my region only in KDE i need change it in Mepis. Because not every sw takes configuration from KDE...
For example i need install crossover in my locale and when i change locale in KDE it doesnt take these config.

than i think

Than i think the one you want is control center>system admintration>login manager. I think you have to install language from the repos and activate it system wide in the login manager in locale>language

Thanks it works finally Smiling Mepis is now my best Linux distro but programmers of Mepis please add slovak locale to system tweaks - locale menu it will be than easier like this search forums...
