New version and a question

Bear with me....

Any word on when we're going to get to a final release on the new version of Mepis (the spell checker is telling me that I misspelled Mepis, lol)? I am quite eager.

Also, let's say I install version 3.3...how long will I receive updates for it? I am assuming for as long as Etch does, but I'd like to be a bit more certain...and so would a few friends who aren't as eager to update every three days.
