Upgrade to 3.4.3 Final

Now that 3.4.3 final has been released, how does one upgrade from the repositories from 3.4.3-rc4 as was stated in one of the announcements. I prefer not to do a complete install, realizing this can be done with a preservation of my home directory.
How to Upgrade?

I would also like to know how to accomplish this feat. I've been using Mepis for a while now, and love it, but have not found any clear direction on upgrading from one version to the next. I don't want to do a complete reinstall because it's taken me a while to hunt down and install the additional programs that I was using in Gentoo.
