NEED HELP ASAP how to run .exe files with winetools

First of all I am not sure if I have winetools on my computer. I opened Konsole(terminal window) and typed in something I found over the internet, I can't remember what I typed but it said Winetools is already installed. If it is I don't now where to find it and how to open it. I need it to open Hyperstudio player.exe because it is something I need for my school work. In windows it opened by clicking on it. I need help figuring out if I have wine and how to use it. I am completely new to linux. Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanx

Ok after playing around I got WINE to work but I am having trouble opening hs4player.exe, this file is on a cd, I'm not sure if that would make a difference. I need this file for school. It is for my phyics class. This file is a program my teacher wrote using hyper studio 4 to replace our text books. I am kind of worried that I might not get it working, which definately wouldn't good. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
