Grub Boot Help Please

Hi, when i boot my PC it automatically wants to boot the MEPIS first and not my Windos OS. After a few second it will boot to MEPIS. Windows is my main OS and i would like that to boot first. How would i go about fixing that. Thanks

Which one would I pick to get 1 to be default?
