errors

I am trying to install gnomad2 and I get this error"This installation run will require temporarily removing the essential package e2fsprogs due to a Conflicts/Pre-Depends loop. This is often bad, but if you really want to do it, activate the APT::Force-LoopBreak option." can anyone help

I just found out it was due to non-us debian. how do I change the setting to allow for the download?
